In reading we do not have a new story. We are taking the second Language Arts Benchmark Exam. This exam will test what we have learned in reading and writing so far this year. It also tests us on skills we haven't learned.

In writing we began a new style called personal narrative. In personal narratives, you don't describe on things, instead you describe a sequence of events. We are writing about a time we played a sport. We've enjoyed hearing other kids reading their paragraphs to us. We find them very interesting.
